It was our honor to host the first event of Slovakia Salesforce Developer User Group, which was held last Wednesday.
Project managment
Bitlayer aims to be an active partner where we advise, discuss and listen to our clients so that we can guarantee the best solutions in the areas of initial user specifications, architecture, design, implementation, test and maintenance of software applications.
Each project team has a technical project manager who works partly on-site with the client's development team in order to fully understand the environment and specific requirements of the client. The technical project manager also works to ensure that the Slovak team has updated information so that any changes or requests are quickly and properly made.
Through daily communication, the client is able to follow the project closely and the project team can quickly adapt our focus should requirements shift. Bitlayer uses a variety of communication tools, including VOIP, email and instant messengers.
