It was our honor to host the first event of Slovakia Salesforce Developer User Group, which was held last Wednesday.
Development Methodologies
Bitlayer's choice of development methodology is influenced by the project type and the client's requirements. We have primarily used iterative methodologies across different projects, such as Agile methodologies and Rational Unified Process (RUP).
We identify most closely with Agile methodologies. We believe in the regular delivery of tangible results. Also, we believe in close involvement by the user and frequent feedback during the process. In addition, we consider it extremely important to be able to respond to changes.
