Founders
The founders of Bitlayer have over a decade of international experience in the IT industry. Both of them have worked in Silicon Valley, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe.
Gitte Vincents
Sales Director, co-founder.
Through-out her career she has worked closely with the IT industry. With her focus on sales, marketing and management, she has been involved in both sides of off-shoring and near-shoring projects.
Roman Stangel
Director, Software Engineering, co-founder.
Roman has focused on enterprise system development throughout his career. With experience as a technical and project manager he has successfully completed a list of full project life cycles. After years of working with off-shoring teams in the U.S., Roman established Bitlayer with the vision of providing high quality near-shoring services.
